Office 2000

I recently installed Office 2000 Premium on a new
computer running XP, with four users. Word is the only
program that does not show up in all users, all others
do, and Word only shows up in the original user that it
was installed under. How do I get it available for all
users?
 
Was it installed by an administrator?
