Office 2000 / Terminal server

Hi y'all

Although i did a custom install, using the Office resource kit-tools, one of
my customers has quite a serieus error. After logon en when trying to start
any of the office-application a popup appears en after a few seconds an
error-message appears, stating that I should do an install using the ORK
tools.

I Already did that !!!

Is this person getting that popup from a Windows Installer
window?
