Office 2000 Developer - Missing Component

I have MS Office 2000 Developer, but am missing Front Page ... can I download
replacement software or obtain replacement disc containing this missing piece
from MS? How would I go about that?

I don't think FP was part of Office 2000 Developer. See this MS page:

MS has discontinued FP. The replacements are ExpressionWeb and SharePoint Designer (a
freebie).
