Offensive picture at windows startup

Some one got into out laptop and changed or added a picture that is offensive
during windows startup. After logon and the smamll window displays "loading
personal settings" this screen appears and then the desktop. We have searched
the computer and cant find a reference to this pic.
Any help would be grately

log on
turn off active desktop set the desktop image to any image
then set it to blank
then log off
then turn active desktop back on if you need it

hopefully this will flush it
 
That did the trick. Thank you very much. I was distracted when I wrote the
post and it shows.
