He is posting to virtually every group graphic or otherwise. I see him
in musical, ham radio and others. When someone bitches, he just ups
the number after the "ron". There is probably little defense.

Yes ... that actually was a 'CC' of a posting I sent to Google Groups.

Results: Just about as expected ... received an email that said

"...
Thank you for your note. Google does not regularly monitor or censor
postings sent to Google Groups, but we do try to prevent wide-scale spam
and other forms of Usenet abuse. Please be assured that the information
you sent to us is being collected and taken into account. While we
understand how annoying off-topic posts can be, we aren't able to pursue
most complaints we receive about them. We are using the information you
provide to make large-scale improvements in preventing abuse. We
appreciate your help in our efforts to increase the quality of Google
Groups.

Complain to blogspot.com which is hosting the website he's
spamming, there's some contact webform there somewhere. Here it is:

http://www.blogger.com/problem.g?skiplogin=yes

I reported the spam via that form and got this response:
Hi there,

Thanks for writing us regarding this possible Terms of Service violation.
We will examine it soon and take action as necessary.

If more people reported it, indicating how widespread the Usenet
spamming is, perhaps the blogger folks would actually remove the site.

Actually ... I've heard (through other groups) that "Google Groups"
habitually totally *ignores* complaints of this nature.

Go figure ...

Only "problem" is that he's changed his "name" and "subject" in the last
few days. He's now using

There are apparently two people doing this ... and the "first" one is now
posting as shown in the 'Source' below.

Guess we'll just have to fire up the old 'KillFile' ...
