Off Topic: Monarch Computer = Micro Center??

I just made an online purchase from Monarch Computer, one of the more
prominent online e-tailers. The authorization for the charge on my
credit card, though, was from Micro Center, a mainly brick-and-mortar
retailer with stores in Ohio, Chicago, Atlanta, Texas, and,
California, among other places. Does anyone know if Monarch is a
subsidiary of Micro Center? I like both places a lot, but it's
interesting if they're one and the same because Micro Center is not
known for low prices whereas Monarch is very competitive.

It's hard for brick and mortars to compete with some etailers. By having no
visible connection they can avoid competing with themselves
