Hi,

When we preview one of our report, the preview shows the
report in a single page. This is the normal and expected
behavior. But for some users, the preview shows two pages
instead of showing a single page. This issue happens very
randomly. Is there a way to force the report to print in a
single page? Please let me know.. I am not familiar with
MS-Access much..

Thanks
Rajesh

Rajesh,

It may be that the minimum no-print margins for the printer attached
to that computer is greater than the other printers and the width of
the margins plus the Report width is greater than the width of the
printable area on the paper (for that machine).

Resize the report to work on the printer with the largest no-print
zone. All the other printers should have no problem.
