I replaced my hard drive, and have backups of my archived
email files. I have been trying to import the data, but
after following the steps (shown below) I get caught up
after step 4. After I highlight the folder that has the
backup .dbx files, I get the error message:
"ERROR: No messages can be found in this folder or
another application is running that has required files
open. Please select another folder or try closing
applications that may have files open"
As far as I can tell, there is nothing using those files,
and I definitely know I am pointing to the right folder.
Any thoughts would be helpful.
