ANyone know how to get key missing features with OEM
software, such as the system backup utility

For the backup utility, after you insert the XP CD and the Autorun Menu
comes up, simply close the
menu. Now, open Windows Explorer and browse to X:\Valueadd\MSFT\NTBackup
(where X: is your CD's drive letter.) Double-click NTBACKUP.MSI
