I need some copies of Access 2000 or 2002 for users who dont have MS Office or Access. I keep getting offers for cheap copies of MSOffice OEM software. Are these legitimate copies, or is it some type of scam or ripoff? Reply offline or on
Thanks.

The emails I have gotten offering very discounted software are definitely
not legitimate sources.

OEM software is not legal if not sold with the hardware. Delete those
emails and block the senders :-)

OEM software is not legal if not sold with the hardware.

In most jurisdictions not "illegal" as in not "against the
law", since, in most jurisdictions OEM agreements are
"contractual" rather than "statutory" (and rights are
extinguished after first sale).

However, I don't need to make up reasons to reject fraudulent internet
offers:

I don't believe them. They lie.
