Hi NG,

i try to copy div. Patches/Hotfixes in a RIS Based Installation directly
to the Workstation an execute it with cmdlines.txt.

the $oem$ Folder is at the same level as \i386, the $oem$ dir is:
$oem$\$$\System32, in this is a file names patch1.exe
In cmdlines.txt (cmdlines.txt is in $oem$)
-----
[commands]
"c:\winnt\system32\patch1.exe"
-----

Now, the Installation totaly ignore the $oem$ structure, the patch1.exe
file will not be copied, no error nothing :(
I have testet and copyed the $oem$ Folder Structure additional in the
i386 Folder, in the i386 Folder from the orginaly CD Based Image Folder,
at the same Level as i386 in cd based image......

at no time the $oem$ structure will be copyed....
the OEMPreInstall = Yes is set in the unattend Files.

thanks in advanced,
Klaus

Klaus,

Mach Dir keine Sorgen. Alles ist in Ami Haenden! Dies

[COMMANDS]
"q322842_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q322913_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q323172_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q323255_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q324096_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q324380_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q326830_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q326886_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q328310_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q328523_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q329115_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q329170_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q329553_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q329834_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q331953_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"
"q810649_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe -m -z"

Mehr brauchst Du nicht! Da sind auch ein Paar Tips, die
ich Dir gerne gebe falls Du die brauchst.

Hoffe, Dir geholfen zu haben!
