operated ink manufacturing facility that exclusively formulate
manufactures ink for the retail inkjet market?

Frank, you can't get that answer, because they won't tell you what you are
getting. I don't think you should use the stuff.

Maybe Toyota makes ink for Canon at that same plant where they make
gasoline for their cars.

i bet you'd like prices, also...
official version: you can't have it since it's top secret.
real-life version: you can't have it because people must NOT know that these
well known printer companies in fact all use second-hand ink, developed
outside, they just triple the price and change box.
