I recently stated in Message Rules that a specific name found in SENDER
should be sent to my SPAM folder. I even separated that name (with commas) in
surname, firstname, full name etc.

However I keep receiving SPAM from same named sender.

Any help is most welcome.

Rhema2005,
1. You can't use commas in the message rule. By doing so, the commas would have to be in the sender's name. You will need to add the names one at a time to the rule. I would not consider using first name, unless it was spelled differently, than one would expect, such as "Angelica", spelled like "Angelika".
2. Make sure that you have the right option, such as Does Not Contain", and "OR" is used.
3. You will need to make sure that you add the action, "Stop Processing More Rules" to the message rule.
4. Now for the tricky part for message rules, you will need to move it, to the right place in the message rule list. For this type of rule. Putting it at the top of the list should be fine. If you do use a first name in the message rule. Make sure you place other message rules to direct other senders messages, with the same first name, above this rule.
