Can someone help, I'm unable to read some of the important documents attached on m
mails as they are blocked by OE, what is this OE, and How can I get rid of it as I en
up losing on doing valuable work due to it

I've had the same problem. Try this:
In Ouotlook Express, open the tabTools>Options>Security
Tab. Uncheck: "Do not allow
attachments........." By the way, OE is Outlook Express!
