OE Zip file--not mine!

Morning!
I've a dumb question, but it needs answering...
When I booted up this morning a new icon appeared--a zip folder named
"Outlook Express." I have NO idea where it came from. Is it possible that
someone uploaded a file? I don't want to just delete it in case doing so
just wiped OE off my system completely.

Any ideas?
