OE won't retain change to identity name

I'm trying to change the name of one of my identities by going into "Manage
Identities" and then double clicking on the current name to edit.

I make the change, apply and OK it, but OE continues to send out emails in
the old
identity name.

Any ideas? Is this a known bug?
 
Well, it used to say "The Robarts", then suddenly changed itself to "The
Robart".

I try to reset the identity, trying anything from "The Robart Family" to
"Test", but it doesn't work. It changes it in the top bar of my own OE,
though, but not on outward mails.

After I posted my last reply, I realised you said "Account", not "Identity".

Looked in the account, it was wrong and I fixed it! Brilliant!!!
