OE won't print

I don't know where to post this anomoly...
We have a Win2000 server running TS. Laser printers are
connected to the network with JetDirect cards/servers.
Users access the TS server through Wyse Winterms.

We have a laser printer identified as SP57.

User NANCY (names have been changed to protect the
innocent) can print Excel, Word, and IE to SP57. If she
tries to print an Outlook Express email, however, it will
not print. It goes through the motions (that is the
printer icon shows up in the system tray, but if you click
on it, the window has no jobs), but does not print a
thing. IF she prints to another laser printer (all other
lasers are in different parts of the building), it prints
fine. IF I log in to HER winterm as under a different
USER account, SP57 prints the outlook express email just
fine.

Only if NANCY is logged into HER winterm printing an
outlook express (5.5) message to SP57 is there any problem.

ANY IDEAS?

If she moves to a different Winterm, does the same
bahavior occur (most likely yes)?

Have you tried giving her a new profile to see if that
clears it up?

Yes, Matt, you are on the right track, the behavior does
seem to follow the log-in and I've *thought* about giving
her a new profile, but she has so much STUFF (bookmarks,
addresses, old emails she just "CAN'T" part with) that
she'll want moved to the new profile, and I don't know
what I can move that won't carry the problem with it. :-)

Jim

Ok...in this case, can you give her a new ntuser.dat file,
but keep the rest of her profile intact?
