OE takes 30 seconds to open

Why would OE take 30 seconds to open? i'm not running anything really cept
it and it was fine like 2 days ago. now when i open, it takes like 30
seconds to open. I've got win xp pro sp1 all updates, P4 running 3ghz, 1gb
ram etc. 2 days ago it was instant, not now.
