OE not recieving NGs

At some point the News reader got removed. I reopened the account, following
the instructions carefully. I d/l'd the groups again, but every one reads "0
messages." I can't get any of them to come in!

I really am at a loss on this one.

Better ack in an Outlook Express newsgroup, since Outlook doesn't read news.
