OE not default

I'm trying to make the animated stationery - but when I save one of the
emails off the newsgroup and then make changes, and then try to send it to
another recipient by right clicking and then 'send to' email recipient - it
only wants to use OUTLOOK - and I don't want to use outlook - but OE - how
do I change that - can't find anywhere to make it use OE

Try this...go to control panel>add remove programs>on the left hand side
choose set program access and defaults>choose custom>and scroll down to the
proper programs you want.
