OE message in outlook regarding attachments

When I try to open attachements in email received via
Outlook Express, I get the error message

"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail".

What do I need to do to further investigate or resolve
this problem.

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup. Hint: Tools>Options>Security.

I do not see a Outlook express newgroup . Also thanks for the hint

This is the same error in outlook; it is caused by a security patch in
outlook. See support.microsoft.com
It can be adjuted through a registry hack.
Also note that the discussion board is sending an error when posting
messages, it claims it was not posted but after waiting a few minutes it is
posted. Probably the cause for the double posting, I think I just did the
dame thing.
