In Explorer, navigate to C:\Program Files\Outlook Express. Right-click
on MSIMN.EXE > Send to > Desktop (create a shortcut)
Drag the Desktop shortcut to Start menu (top) and then to [Quick
Launch?] taskbar.

1. Have you been having problems with IE6-SP1? Did you attempt to
reinstall WinME?
IE Help>About> what version (e.g., 6.0.1234.5678XX)?
OE Help>About> what version (e.g., 6.00.1234.5678)?
2. Copy/paste the following line into an IE Addressbar, click on GO,
then copy/paste the results into your reply:
