OE has removed this potentially dangerous attachment

I recently performed a Windows update andhave bneen unable
to receive email attachments ever since. The message "OE
has removed this potentially dangerous attachment". How
can I change this so I can receive email attachments?

See link below. This behavior was implemented due to the tremendous amount of
virus/worms propagated via email attachments. Be sure to have an anti virus program
that scans all your emails such as Norton before making any changes. --- Steve
