OE error

I *finally* installed my HP scanner to my (new) Dell
computer. It scanned fine, but would not let me *send* it
to Outlook Express (OE). I recieved the following message.

OE could not be started. The application was unable to
open the OE message store. Your computer may be out of
memory or your disk full. Contact MS Support for further
assistance. (0x8007000E,5)
