OE crash window links me to IGNET- Pest Patrol web site

Very recently my OE6 displays a window saying it must
close, do i want to send a message to Micosoft?
Microsoft's links say it has something to do with IGNET
keywords, a service I never subscribed to. Website is
www.pestpatrol.com soliciting your business. This
comapany is suspicious. Please help.
