OE and WinXP

How do you uninstall and reinstal OE in WinXP? My friends email will only
connect once in a while and sometimes if you reboot the computer about 10
times it might connect...about once every 6 days. We've contacted the ISP
and they say it's a computer problem not ISP...and maybe reinstalling will
fix it. This just started happening with no apparent reson . Has anyone
had a similar experience?

I have and spent all day looking for just that answer byut no luck! If you
find something to cure this problem I dearly hope you will post it for the
rest of us

HUH?! Bruce just gave you the answer! You posted two hours after he replied,
I can't believe you didn't see his link!
 
I'm sorry, I don't understand this...it sounds like this is just for IE not
Outlook...I don't use XP myself , so don't have a lot of experience with it.
Could you explain this a bit better for me?
