OE Address Book

When I click new in my contact the only options are
contact and group. Prior to getting cable connection, I
had the choice of folder.
Can I get the Folder option back?
Do I have to uninstall OE and reinstall?
I have a lot of contacts and really need the folder
function to organize them.

I believe that is what the "Groups" is for.
