How to Reinstall or Repair IE6 and OE:

I think oe6 is corrupt because , firstly it stays on the opening splash
screen and not going to inbox even when the box is ticked and reopens.
Secondly have been using aol software but now converted to hotmail with a 2
gig £14.99 account , configured OE6 to receive emails and keep getting this
error message...............
Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol:
HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Server Hangup', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error

I doubt if there is anything wrong with OE. It's probably a Hotmail server
problem.
But, before repairing OE6 SP2 you will have to remove Windows XP Service
Pact 2 from Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs. Then use the last
