OE 5.02 for Mac Error 130

Hope this is the correct forum. I cannot seem to download NNTP newsgroup
from my isp. I get an error window giving me:

The server returned the following error
502 no permission for (then it lists the IP address)
Error: 130

I've spoken to my isp & they are clueless. Anyone?

Sorry, but it isn't: Microsoft Access(TM) is part of the Microsoft
Office suite, and this newsgroup is for questions regarding that
program.

Try microsoft.public.internet.outlookexpress.mac.
