I have a Win 7 computer and the way some items jerk around on the screen
annoys me. Is there any way to stop it?

Yours is a software question which you might like to ask here:

alt.windows7.general

You would need to give more detail about what you mean however as you
don't describe what you are doing when you observe your problem.
