I like to have multiple windows open when I search the
internet. Now, when I right click a link, or anything,
the window / box will pop up just like normal, with the
options to open new window, save... etc. My problem is
that there is now a link to a website in this box that I
did not put there and that I do not want in there. It
appears under the document tree option. Is there anyway
to get rid of this link??

You will have to edit the registry to get rid of that entry in IE's Tools menu. It will be under the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions

Before you edit the registry, make sure you understand how to restore it if a problem occurs. For information about how to do this, view the "Restoring the Registry" Help topic in Regedit.exe or the "Restoring a Registry Key" Help topic in Regedt32.exe.

Go to Start | Run and type

regedit

Navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

and click on the plus (+) sign in front of MenuExt. Right click the subkey
representing what you want to get rid of and select Delete.
