Getting a strange message as Windows boots. The Windows splash screen
appears, and after a few seconds clears and the screen turns blue, as
if I had set the system to run chkdisk, but instead the following
appears on the screen:

RAG Program not found skipping autocheck
U Program not found skipping autocheck
K Program not found skipping autocheck
Y Program not found skipping autocheck

I'm running Spyware/virus scan momentarily. Any thoughts?

Scott,

Have no idea what that is. A Google search finds several things, but not
that exact wording. If you put it in quotes it finds one hit and you have to
click the Translate option to read it. It still doesn't make sense to me but
I'll post the link below in hopes someone here might figure this out.

Get free program Autoruns from
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/default.mspx
Check under Boot Execute tab. These "programs" are probably listed
under Autorun Entry. Uncheck them.
