Odd popup from MS Beta1

Occasionally I get the attached window appear which looks like its
coming from MS Anti-spyware. Usually it happens when I enable the second
desktop. Any ideas?

XP Home SP2, fully patched.

If its related to this below being shown then I believe
its a known bug with beta 1 and will hopefully be fixed
by the time beta2 arrives.

gcasDtServerHolder: systrayhide, systrayshow,
systraynormal, systrayscanning, systrayupdating.

Yeah, its not suppose to be shown, it also appears if you use the XP
PowerToy - Task Switcher.
