Odd Outlook 2002 SP3 issue

Hey,

I've just gotten Outlook 2002 SP3 to work (get / send email). But I still
have this odd issue.

When I open Outlook up, it fills up the screen. The problem is, I don't get
the toolbar that shows New / Print / Reply / Reply all / etc. I can click on
the button that makes it smaller (not maximized in the screen) and this shows
up and then I can maximize it and the toolbar is there.

I've tried to move the toolbar around (side, bottom) and it doesn't seem to
make a difference as it still won't show when I start Outlook.

I've never had this issue before, so I'm at a loss. Anyone have any ideas
for how to fix the glitch?

Sorry but there's a bit more - the File / Edit / View menu is missing too.
Sorry about that. When it opens up, I just see the InBox / Address / Go bar.

I too was having many problems until I went to
microsoft.com and downloaded the current Office update.
