Odd margin problem with HP 940c

Everthing I print out from Outlook express, the text on the left side is
cut off by about 1/8th of an inch. I have downloaded the latest driver
and reinstalled it but the problem still persisted.

If I use any other program, the margin's fine. It's only with Outlook
Express that the text are 1/8th of an inch too far to the left.

I can't find any setting within OE to adjust margin setting. I tried
HP, they said to contact Microsoft. I tried Microsoft, and after
waiting ages for reply, they said contact HP. Obviously no one wants to
help me. It's a wonder either was able to stay in business for so long
with that kind of help. One thing for sure, the next new printer won't
be by HP.

Do any of you have any idea how I could get OE to shift everything at
least 1/8 of an inch to the right so the text won't get cut off? I
could use different email program but it's a PITA to move 1000's of
email addresses and some important email I wanted to save.

TIA

Why do you say your next printer wont be HP? You should be saying your
next software won't be Microsoft. This is obviously an Outlook problem
since all other programs print properly, and I don't see how that's HP's
fault or why they should have to resolve a problem with somone elses
software. Put the blame where it belongs.
