I'm getting odd characters displaying in IE6. This is
what's showing up on url links, and within article text:

Anyone have suggestions as to how to fix this?
 
Change your view/Encoding, select others and see if you can stop the errors.

Repair IE.
Add/Remove programs/MS/IE repair...
