ODBC32.dll couldn't be replaced !

Hi,
Im trying to overwrite odbc32.dll and odbccp32.dll
in "Winnt\System32" Folder with a newer version.Every time
i copy these files and refresh ,I see only the original
files that were before.
I'm not able to see the files that i have copied.
Can n e one help?

Copy them to \system32\dllcache first.
