A few days ago I've tried to split my access db in a back-end and two
front-ends but it didn't work properly it heaven get slower or worst didn't
work at all I'm using a intranet at 100 Kbps and we are all over the
country, in the other hand I've got about 2000 queries and 2000 forms about
200 reports and I want to split it in some front-ends. Is the ODBC present in
all access db or how could I use it, or anything else. in these net are 100
operators expecting to use it.
How could I migrate it to SQL - Server

I'd say you have an architecture problem, 2000 queries, 2000 forms and 200
reports you application is out of hand. I suggest a complete rearchitecting
of your application(s). If you are going to use access with SQL server then
use an Access Project file instead of linking via ODBC, it is much faster
since it is using the native driver for SQL server.

I already knew it, but I need to get people working in the meanwhile that´s
the reason of my question
