ODBC Error: State = S1000

Connecting to an ERP named Encore that uses an odbc driver
named 'Relativity Client', with and Access 2000
application (UPS WorldShip) and an intermediate Access
2000 database (as WorldShip won't map directly to this
data format) I am getting this error: State = S1000 Error
= [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] ODBC--call
failed

According to Technet this is a sql error, but my customer
swears this is not so. The intermediate database works
fine, but if you send it an order number from WorldShip,
it kicks back the above error message.
I'm trying to get a view setup in Encore, but not sure
customer will be willing to go that route. Suggestions?
Comments? Help??

Thanks,
Michael

I think I would err on the side of Technet.

ODBC has always been finicky.

Searching the error on the internet, I found this error code assuming SQL
Server:
S0001 Base table or view already exists

Also this may help.

It talks about 'Relativity Client'. Maybe permissions are wrong.
