I have an application where a macro pulls data into an
Excel spreadsheet from an Access database. The macro
works fine, but when I add a new record to the database,
and a corresponding set of rows to the query page of the
spreadsheet, I am unable to edit the query or create a new
query, getting the following error message: [Microsoft]
[ODBC Microsoft Access 97 Driver]Data Truncated. This
occurs for multiple users, all of whom are running Access
97. The application worked for a couple of months, then
this error started popping up. Anyone familiar with it?
Thanks.

I have a couple of questions first.

1. How many records is the user trying to pull into that spreadsheet at one
time?
2. Which version of Excel is being used?
3. What are the settings for the External Data Range Properties?
