ocx?? help please

could some one send me a non virus file named preload.ocx which one is in
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\PRELOAD.OCX for any help

By itself, the PRELOAD.OCX is some kind of virus. More info at
http://www.pestpatrol.com/PestInfo/h/holystic.asp

Simply delete this file and any other ones associated with it.
