OCR from existing images of scanned documents.

Greetings!,
I've been looking for some SW that will generate text from existing scanned
text pages.

I do have something already that will do OCR work but t will only work in
conjunction with the scanner.

I already have the documents scanned ( and no longer have the original
documents) eventhough I could print the images and then rescan, it' not
something that I'd prefer to do..

Any ideas?,

Just finished the down load, work's like a charm.

It always fascinates me how we can search the net for something for an hour
or two and not find what we need, but ask a questin and someone else can
find it in a split second..
