OCR for handwritten notes

Does anyone know if there is an OCR software that can read handwritten
notes?

I'm thinking of the occasions when I take notes on paper and don't
have a PDA or laptop nearby. If there are a few, which is best?

Hello Mike,

I don't know any OCR programs for handwritten texts but you might want
to try out my program Transcript which tries to make transcribing
handwritten texts as easy as possible. The photo/image is shown in the
top window and you can type the text in the bottom window. It's free
for personal use.
