occasional missing Outlook data

I suport a terminal server farm which incorporates
roaming profiles for the users. Occassionally users will
lose either their Address Book and/or their signature
files when logged into the Terminal server. The data
exists in their network PROFILE folder but for some
reason they get the default profile. It's inconsistent
and hard to nail down.

Anyone deal with (and more importantly FIX) this issue?
 
Which OS and SP do you run on the Terminal Servers?
Have you checked if there is anything in the EventLog on the TS?
My guess is that you will find EventID 1000, Source Userenv there.
If so, have a look here for a large number of causes and possible
