Obtaining List of Users

I want to determine the names of users on a particular computer that are using
Word. I have discovered that about the only place one might look is in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\DocF
olderPaths

If I have, let's say, 5 users listed in the 'right' side of the table (in
regedit) how can I get Windows to tell me the names of all five entries?

Thanks.

Hmm. Not entirely certain I understand. Since (usually) all accounts
on a given system with Office installed (or just Word I think) _can_
run Word, then I will guess you wish to know who has actually used the
Word program? And how recently?

This may be better asked in an Offce/Word group, but as far as I know
(YMMV) the file
<profileroot>\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Word.pip
(or similar for stand-alone Word)
is always "touched" when Word is started. Since this is account-
specific (Profile) it may be what you need.
And I doubt such a file exists there if the user has never run Word.
This is the case here (W2K + Office 2K) But cannot confirm that
unilaterally.

All somewhat specualtive so please post if this indeed is a solution
for you.
