After I install MS Business Contact Manager and start Outlook 2003, I get the
message: Object Reference not set to an instance of object." There is
another sentence of where to find help for this error but there is nothing
there. After clicking "OK" BCM says it has encountered a problem and must
shut down, which it does, then sends a error message to MS. After that, BCM
is no longer working and I cannot access my contacts or ad entries to my
address file. Outlook then won't re-start. It hangs in a start up mode with
no folders or messages present and it takes the "3 finger salute" or the big
red button to get out...followed by some choice words! Does anyone know why
this error and how to fix it? So far, all I can do is un-install Business CM
and use plain Outlook.
Thanks,
