Peter Morris [Droopy eyes software]

Hi all

Can anyone recommend a good object persistence framework for CF?

Thanks :-)

Pete

Hi Peter,

Knowing you from the Delphi ng, what about ECO? :).

In any case I have only seen it adervertized but not used myself, that
DexExpress's XPO works in CF.

Best Regards,
Shloma

Hi Shloma

I don't think ECO is going to work without recompiling it, and I seem to
have mislaid the source ;-) If I had it, I would very gladly use it.

Excellent, I'll take a look, thanks :-)

Hi John
I'm not sure I understand your needs, but have you seen www.db4o.com?

Yes, I had a quick look. It appears that delete cascading is declared on
the parent object rather than the child, which would mean that I cannot have
1 rule for 1 association, and another rule for a second association. I have
emailed them for confirmation, and I am just waiting for their reply.

Thanks for the product name!
