Object or With Variable Not Set When using Form Wizard

I am just learning Access. I get the error above when I use the Forms Wizard to create a form. The error appears after I select the layout of form. I'm not even writing code and am doing the most simple thing. Please help. Thanks.

I found the above and fixed my problem. I thought I would
post it for anyone else. I did method 4.
