Object Not Found

Now that I have installed Business Contact Manager I get an error when I
click on a message in my inbox.

I have Shoretel (IP Phone) Outlook integration installed on my computer also
and when I get a voicemail it puts the message in my inbox.

Whenever I click on one of these messages I get the error: Object not found.

Any solutions to this?
 
Does the Error Message Box have a BCM title?

If so, then there's probably probably something missing from MAPI
Message item that Shoretel puts in the Inbox.

I've had BCM work with voice mails delivered to the Inbox by Exchange,
so there's no reason this shouldn't work if all the fields are there.

You might try reporting the problem to Microsoft to see if they can
figure out what's amiss.
