Object data sources

Can someone give me a pointer to an introductory text on creating Object Data
Sources? For use in WinForms.

I'm trying to create one to feed a datagridview control (read only), but
with little luck so far.

I don't know what the one who gave you the text "object data source" means.

However, because there is made something as the binding source which purpose
is to databind a DataControl and any other components, I assume that this
will help you to start.

Check Doing Objects in Visual Basic 2005 by Kurata, also Expert VB 2005
Business Objects by Lhotka (but this is much more advanced and equally
complex). There may be newer versions of both available.

You may be able to get tutorials online for both of these authors, check
Google.
